All items are ordered from original international websites based on customer requests. We do not manufacture or own the products.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver across Egypt. No international delivery is available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Express Shipping (Air): 10 to 15 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (Sea): 30 to 40 business days.
  • Immediate Items: Delivering in 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Product prices include shipping fees, taxes, and customs. you pay exactly what you see, no surprises.

  • You pay the delivery fees ( Depends on your location in Egypt).

Order Fulfillment

All products are shipped from the UAE, including items from Shein, Amazon, Trendyol, Namshi, 6thStreet, Sephora, Noon, and any other brands with the UAE.

Return Policy

  • No returns or resale on lingerie, underwear, or swimwear.
  • Other clothing, accessories, shoes, and bags are not returnable, but we offer a resale service via our Instagram page & website. (See Below).

Resale Option

If you want to sell a non-returnable item you purchased, we can list it on our website and Instagram page as an “Immediate Delivery” item. Once sold, we’ll arrange pickup from your address and deliver it to the new buyer. You’ll receive the full resale amount directly from us. no fees, no commission.

Faulty Electronics

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, it must be reported immediately upon delivery. We will file a claim with the supplier within the allowed return window. If approved, we’ll arrange the return and issue a refund.

  • Important: Delayed reports will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for checking the item at the time of delivery.

🚚 بنوصل فين؟

إحنا بنوصل لكل المحافظات داخل مصر.

⏱️ مدة التوصيل:

  • ✈️ شحن سريع (جوي): من 10 لـ 15 يوم عمل.

  • 🚢 شحن عادي (بحري): من 30 لـ 40 يوم عمل.

  • ✅ اوردر فوري: من 1 لـ 3 أيام عمل.

💸 مصاريف الشحن:

  • السعر اللي بنقولك عليه بيكون شامل:

    ✅ الضرايب
    مفيش مصاريف زيادة. لكن مصاريف التوصيل عليكي. 

📦 بنشحن منين؟

كل الحاجات بتتشحن من الإمارات، سواء كانت من Shein، Amazon، Trendyol، Namshi، 6thStreet، Sephora، Noon أو أي براند تاني موجود في الإمارات.

❌ سياسة الاسترجاع:

  • الملابس الداخلية، اللانجيري، المايوهات:
    مفيش استرجاع ولا حتى إعادة بيع.

  • باقي اللبس، الإكسسوارات، الشنط، والأحذية:
    مفيش استرجاع، بس ممكن نعرضها للبيع عندنا (شوفي تحت 👇).

🔄 خدمة إعادة البيع:

لو اشتريتي حاجة ومش عايزاها، ممكن نعرضها للبيع عندنا على الموقع أو الإنستجرام كـ فوري.

  • أول ما تتباع:

    • بنبعتلك شركة الشحن تاخدها من عندك.

    • بنوصلها للمشتري الجديد.

    • بنحوّلك سعرها بالكامل من غير خصومات ولا عمولات.

⚠️ لو الحاجة فيها مشكلة (خاصة الإلكترونيات):

  • لازم تبلغينا أول ما توصلك الحاجة لو فيها عيب أو بايظة.ساعتها بنبعت للمورد و نفتح طلب استرجاع خلال الوقت المسموح لو الطلب اتوافق عليه، بنرجع الحاجة وبنرجعلك فلوسك.

  • مهم جدًا: لو بلّغتي متأخر، مش هنقدر نرجعها، ومسؤولية الفحص عليكي أول ما تستلمي.

  • إحنا بنقوم بدور مساعد شخصي في التسوق، وبنطلب المنتجات بالنيابة عن العميل وبناءً على طلبه فقط.

  • الموقع ده مش تابع لأي براند ظاهر عليه.

  • العميل مسؤول إنه يراجع تفاصيل المنتج كويس قبل ما يطلبه.

  • جميع الطلبات نهائية ومفيش استرجاع، إلا في الحالات اللي بنوضحها.
